What do you think a poutine is ( do not google it, and only answer if you do not know)?

Please only answer if you have no clue what it is, I am doing a project at work and need some fun things to say it might be.
I can not think of any, nor my co-workers because we close are eyes and can visualize it.

I know what it is, I am looking for funny responses from people who really have no clue, once you answer google it, you will find it.

it sousnds like an Irish slang/dialect term for home brewed whisky. (mooon shine we call it in the USA) but the spelling is not the same. I would say a small still used for the production of moon shine.
