pork fried rice
i need all the ingrediance and the know how.

pork fried rice:
strir fry: get a big wok or frying pan..spray with pam..put corn oil...throw in white rice, pork pieces, an egg, some peas and onion pieces...once cooking a few minutes throw in soy sauce..mix everything vigorously in pan...YUm!
Beef lo mein is same idea, go to an asian supermarket they sell uncooked lo mein noodles, (look one up im sure there is one in your area) stir fry that with oil, little pieces of cabbage, green beans and soy beans, mushroom...and tiny pieces of pre cooked steak...YUM.
