How to prepare dried shredded tapioca?!

How to prepare dried shredded tapioca?

I purchased some dried shredded tapioca at a Chinese grocery store in Toronto. This is in the shape of what looks like lightening bolts! What I don't know is how to prepare it. No instructions!! The ingredients are Tapioca and water. Say BOTKHOAI if that is any help. A recipe would be nice to use. Is it prepared differently from the pearl tapioca and could it be used as a pudding?

Here is one recipe for dried shredded tapioca. Try searching for just shredded tapioca and you have a better chance of finding your recipe. All shredded tapioca is dried. At least I think so.
