I am looking for the name of a crab dish?!

I am looking for the name of a crab dish?

It is served at most Chinese resaurants and has crab meat, and maybe mayonaise, cheese, half and half? I am not sure what all is in it. Its like a creamy crab dish. I have looked on several websites but I am not sure what its called and cant seem to find anything that resembles it. Anyone know what its called?

It's called Crab Thermidor (made with either a Bechamel or Mornay sauce). It's a very popular way to serve lobster.
