How do you account for wine-making in Jordan, Morocco, Turkey, Algeria and Azerbaijan when they're Muslim?!

How do you account for wine-making in Jordan, Morocco, Turkey, Algeria and Azerbaijan when they're Muslim?

Not that it bothers me, I am just curious.


Answers:

One reason - not every person in that country is muslim.

If you do not adher to a religion, you don`t follow its rules.
