Phyllo cups with Hummus; how to garnish?
Ok I have decided to go with serving the hummus in phyllo cups... I have sundried tomato and spinach phyllo cups... What flavors of hummus do you think will go best with these and what do you think will be the best garnish? Thx!

If your phyllo cups are flavored, go with a plain or subtle lemon flavored hummus. Garnish with finely chopped lemon chives, a drop of lemon infused evoo (or Moroccan Finishing Oil by Williams Sonoma), some fine curls of lemon zest and a ever so light dust of good quality smoky Spanish paprika.
