What kind of corn salad is this?!

What kind of corn salad is this?

i was at an east indian restaurant last night and they had the yummiest corn salad... it wasn't like the typical creamy salad with mayo, etc... it was sweet and i could taste sesame oil and ginger. it had mustard seed and it had a red dressing that almost looked like ketchup.. any ideas? anyone know the recipe for it?
