Is sushi-grade fish only found at specialty asian stores or can it be purchased at a chain?

I'm assuming it cant be found in large chains like Giant...

the only sushi grade fish i have found is in the asian markets...have not seen any at the regular stores yet...good luck finding it though..sushi is catching on so hopefully it will be every where soon.
