Where can I get Arepa flour?!

Question:

Where can I get Arepa flour?

I am confused because I want to make Arepas (South American corn cakes) and the recipe says do NOT use Masa Harina (which you can get in almost any big super market in the US these days). It says to use any of the following: masarepa, harina precocida, or masa al instante. Where can I get one of those and what makes it different from Masa Harina?

Answers:

Masa Harina is fresh corn masa that has been force-dried and then powdered. It is not at all the same as fine-ground corn meal,

Masarepa is precooked cornmeal

Harina precocida is elaborated with white maize and partially is precooked and enriched with iron and vitamins B1, B2 and niacina.

As for where to get it i cant tell you since i have no clue where you live
