About English trifles....?!

Question:

About English trifles....?

Is there a store that would ship to Canada decorations for English Trifle ?
Someone give me some a very long time ago they were tiny shapes of sugar coated gum I have not been able to find them here. Thank you in advance.

Answers:

The only decoration an English Trifle takes is slivered toasted almonds. That is a really traditional one.

If you still want to use sugar coated gums, look for Jelly Diamonds, made by SuperCook in the baking section of your local supermarket. I know Sainsburys sells them.

Just so you know what you're looking for here is a picture:

Also Jelly Tots (I believe they're made by Rowntree), they're about the size of a 5p coin and could do the trick.
