Chargrill the cheeks, flat side down until they are coloured. Squeeze over lime juice, serve with coconut icecream.
Slice them up, add fresh raspberries and drizzle with Galliano.
Frozen daiquiris - puree the pulp, add lime juice, sugar and white rum. Blend with ice. (or Margaritas - replace white rum with tequila)
Dice with red onion, tomato, coriander, avocado, s&p and serve with grilled fish.
They go really well with macadamias in a simple tart or make mango and macadamia ice cream.
