Does any body have a recipe for HALAL LAMB KABOBS?!

Question:

Does any body have a recipe for HALAL LAMB KABOBS?

Just recently returned from New York and absolutely loved the street food especially the lamb kabobs from the Halal stands. Was wondering what they use to season or marinate it with? Looking to try my hand at making them at home. Thanks

Answers:

Lamb is so tender that is really is an ideal meat for a kebob. Kebobs are basically meat and/or veggies cooked on a skewer. I prefer flat skewers over rounded ones. The meat and veggies cling better. Serve you kebobs on a bed of rice with lemon juice, or with a salad and bread.
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs lamb, chopped into cubes
2 medium yellow onions, quatered or cut into large chunks
2 green or red peppers, chopped into chunks
2 medium tomatoes, cut inot weges or pint of cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
3 tablespoons lemonjuice
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon tumeric
3/4 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin
dash cayenne pepper (if desired)
PREPARATION:
Prepare Marinade

Place spices, oil, and lemon juice in medium bowl. Mix together. Add lamb and cover. marinate in the refrigerator for no more than 3 hours (but at least 1 hour)
