What is the best food/dish you've ever had?!

What is the best food/dish you've ever had?

I'm curious to know whats the best food people have ever tasted.

This answer will be personal to the answerer.
Ad I eat food from so many ethnic/national cuisines, I would have to choose one from each separate one, not one overall.

So picking one cuisine, Czech, I nominate peach dumplings with butter and half cinnamon and half sugar as a topping. It can also be made with farmer cheese or hoop cheese, and is called "thosky" in that case.

Either one is the best, hands down.
