Does anyone know what this chinese cooking pan is called?!


Question:

Does anyone know what this chinese cooking pan is called?

They use it a lot in oriental restaurants, it is a really large stationary pan and they cook in front of you with it I know the small pans are called woks. Does anyone know the name of this?


Answers:

It is a Mongolian Barbeque Griddle.
