How do you make an"Irish Fry Up" and is it really best to have a cardiologist standing by in the wings?

And a priest?


Answers:

an Irish fry, usually has rashers of bacon, sausages, black pudding and white pudding,( which is like a flavoured sausage meat, and I think can only be got in Ireland.)
Also included, for health, are fried mushrooms and grilled or fried tomatoes.
All served with white bread and lashings of butter, and don't forget, all fried in lard !!!!!

oh yeah I forgot the eggs
