Question:

How do I make lebanese attaif filled with eshta? i'v looked everywhere..thank you .?

Answers:

ishta is "kaymak" in turkish -- and it is not found easyly in all food stores. it all depends on the kind of milk it is derived from. so you have to be lucky to find it in a m.east store. that is number one issue. number two is the sweetness...there too try to use not sugar but honey. as for the making -- follow the same recipe as "baklava" that will do. ps. baklava is found via google or yahoo...no need to detail here. bon appetit.
