Do you like Kangaroo meat?!

Question:

Do you like Kangaroo meat?

Answers: Yes I eat Big Macs regularly. Yes, the fresher the better, gotta love roo hunting. Never tried it, but i would like to. I tryed it a while ago, I didnt think it was anything special. never tried it Yes, Yes I do; unfortunately Uk supermarkets dont tend to sell Kangaroo..... The Kangaroo meat I had was a little dry... But, i don't know if that is normal for the meat or not. i prefer it on the hop. This really is disgusting. I didn't like it, personally. I found it quite dry. But also I think there might have been psychological factors, as I wasn't overly keen on trying it. Maybe it was psychosomatic and affected how it tasted to me. I don't know. I won't have it again in a rush Had it once. Didn't think it was spectacular but didn't mind it either. If I had the opportunity to try it again, I probably would. They sell it at a delicatessen on my local market, tried it once, nothing spectacular ! Actually i do quite like kangaroo meat. I had it in a pub in Devon before and it was quite tasty. I did find it a bit tough which was annoying as I didn't have a steak knife brought up with the meat. But never mind. I will definately have knagaroo again sometime. do resteraunts still sell that crap!!!!
Nobody bought it 14 years ago when i was cooking in a nice country hotel... I think it is kind of tough and bland. It's pretty good on the Barbie, especially on shishkabobs with onion, shrimp, and pineapple. Baste it with a teriyaki glaze. yes iv eaten it ,and enjoyed it I actually tried it at a really foo-foo gourmet restaurant in Paris - it tastes like beef. Our local Sainsburys used to sell it, so we bought some then - it was OK, but they also also sold ostrich steaks and we much preferred those (better than fillet steak) but then they stopped selling both. I guess the local natives were too conservative and these "exotic" meats weren't popular.
