Is Sahleb served hot or cold?
Found a recipe for what appears to be an egyptian drink called Sahleb. Does anyone know if this is served hot or cold? Is it even a drink? Some other websites say it is a dessert.

Very tasty if you make it right. Best consumed in the evening as it has a calming effect. i'm egyptian and sure it's a drink and it's served hot
u add powder sahleb to milk and water and boil them together
add some peanut and coconut for flavor
