Answers: I think shrimp fried rice. Shrimps will add more flavour to it than lobster.
But if you want to try something new & unique ,then lobster seems like a good idea. I love both, lobster, just because its been a while since I had some. shrimp. I usually get shrimp. I love the shrimp one! never tried the lobster fried rice! Shrimp Fried Rice is the better choice. The far more expensive lobster should not be cut up into tiny morsels and fried together with rice; shrimps would be more appropriate. shrimp for sure, lobster is best eaten on its own with a lovely sauce :P lobster is way too decadent to be stir fried with leftover rice! Hmm... I have never tried lobster fried rice - I've tried crab fried rice which is pretty good (at Thai restaurants, not Chinese). Lobster.
