Answers: must be something to do with the MSG..weird innit? Because you're one large man! You're a racist meals....I am not keen on chinese....as they do not prpare as it should...Try the S outh East Asian.....mmmmmmmmm!! It takes a while to feel full after a balanced Chinese meal, say 30 to 50 minutes. Wait a while and don't be tempted to keep eating. they put a seasoning in it called MSG. it makes u feel fuller. many get headaches from it or use the bathroom a bit, even the next day.
u may request that they don't use it. ive never eaten a chinese meal, im still put off by all the lurid stories i was told in the school playground, perhaps i should get over it but if you say they dint fill you up then i will carry on with my phobia Maybe because you don't get enough nourishment from them? try something more filling. they don't contain large amounts of fat and protein, red meat Because the food is so light that you don't realize that you need more until it is in your stomach. they have a chemical in them, dont know what it is, but its designed to make you feel hungry again. Yeah, I have wondered that, I hear it has something to do with the MSG, if you eat heaps more of what you order this will fill you stomach up , I've tried it, it works, just order more next time until you fill bloated MSG! have you ever eaten a real Chinese meal and not the fast food type with all the fried stuff. A real Chinese meal makes you full, I'm a vegetarian and I eat a real Chinese meal with rice, tofu and lot of vegetable and I'm full till the next meal. So unless you had a real Chinese meal don't say you get hungry because you probably had the American version of a Chinese meal which is like all fried stuff and not even what people in china really eat. If you really want a taste of real chinese food then you should find someone who knows real chinese food because if i knew you and you said this question to me i would take you to my house and make you a real chinese meal with no MSG.
by the way your question are hurtful to me, I'm a chinese but lived in the U.S all my life. If you would ever talk with a county health inspector, you wouldn't eat at a Chinese restaurant anyways. It is not fair to blame the Mono Sodium Glutamate for the temporary filled up feeling to be followed by a hungry feeling. It has more to do with the highly pungent spicing which makes you to want to stop eating before you have had enough of the filling materials. Asians have generally high spice diets and The South Asian and Chinese diets are of the same stock! They use some chemical in Chinese meal to make you feel full as you eat. Do you often eat Chinese food? You better change your habit from eating Chinese Food. cos you are fat and your stomach needs HUGE amounts of food to be satisfied Chemicals?MSG,? No, not all Chinese food have such things in it. Find out what is real Chinese food first. Forget the so-called Chinese food from cheap fast food court, that's for people who don't know the real Chinese food. Source the good Chinese restaurant and taste the real Chinese food. (you might have to pay a bit more ). One reason that Chinese meals make you hungry quicker is probably because it contains less fat,greasy stuff. cause its natural not full of crap
