Answers: tomato mint chilli and yoghurt hp I always dip them in my wife's chicken makhani--so bloody delicious. what is a pakori..why cant white english develop their own culture instead of stealing others yoghurt - based sauces are a good complement to pakori.
Try a raita (yoghurt and mint sauce). Pakoris are savouries and go well with Green Chutneys of every description. Besides, they can also be had with Ketchups and sweet sauces from sour fruits. I like them with IMLI Chutney (tamarind) or Maggi Hot & Spicy Tomato sauce. In season nothing to beat a tender mango -mint chutney.freeze it for off season use.
