Answers: there's a good restaurant in Sandpoint, but I don't know if that's close to where you live In North Idaho, no idea! But if you ever make it down to Guadalajara try a "volcan". It's a crispy tortilla with melted cheese and carne asada on top, then you add your fav. ingredients like guacamole, salsa, onions, cilantro....DEEELICIOUS!!
