Answers: Buy any type of masala at an Indian store. Tandoori masala and garam masala work the best for me. You could also use other spicy masalas.. Then go home and saute chopped onions, bell peppers, minced garlic and ginger in a pot. Add to it about 1 table spoon of the masala to the saute. Then add one cup of either coconut or yogurt to the saute, and let that saute until the it turns into a curd like (cottage cheese like substance). Add your chicken to it/beef to it, and add half a cup of water. Let it simmer until it is ready, and you are done. Keep stirring while it simmers, and if it looks like it is running out of water, add another half cup. Only add half a cup at a time. And oh add salt to taste. You are good to go. Source(s):
Oh make sure it says masala, and not marsala when you buy it. just take a bowl and fill it with curry, then sprinkle chicken flavoring on top of it, put it in the microwave on high for 1 minute. whole chicken cut up, cover with water, add 2 tablespoons curry powder, bring to a boil then simmer until chicken is done. serve over white rice with any or all of the following condiments ; coconut flakes, chopped eggs, chopped peanuts, chutney (I actually use Saucy Susan Apricot Sauce). YUMMY! butter curry in a deep dish pan but chicken thighs ot whatever kind you want to usethen add chichen or beef broth simmer add potaoes add some flourer to make it thicker then put over white rice with peas. lol I just made it today. watch how much curry if you dont like it spicy.
