What is your most fav sushi?
I really like sushi,and interested in it.

Answers: Ooohhhh, i could live on sushi: There's very little I don't eat and my favorites are:
Sake, Saba, Ikura, Amaebi, Toro, Hamachi, Uni, Tobiko, Unagi, Hotategai, Maguro, Mirugai, Hamaguri.
I'm not that big a fan of rolls because there's too much going on in there and you lose the taste of the fish. I do like salmon skin rolls though.

Maybe favorite type would have to be a good spicy tuna roll. I'm also a fan Philly rolls, salmon nigiri...I love it all! tempura roll, dragon rolls, and this special one my friend makes, rolypoly roll O: it has like lots of avocado on it I love just about all sushi but California roll is my favorite. Unagi (eel) Roll. It is eaten cooked and usually flavoured with teriyaki and has a subtle fish flavor. One of the more traditional rolls, it is served in most sushi restaurants. Salmon, caviar, avocado and that yummy creamy sauce.... Fugu(the poisonous pufferfish) . Just kidding I'd never touch it
Any kind of Sushi is good by me. But I prefer the ones with either salmon or tuna. I love sushi! Chicken and rice is my fav. Seared Ahi Tuna (often called Tataki). The outside of the tuna is seared and it usually has cracked pepper and/or green onions. The flavor, texture and, if the chef prepares (sears it) right there, contrast between cold and warm is great. Sushi rules!

That's my fave. The problem with some of the above answers is that theyre talking about "rolls" (e.g. californian), and not about "sushi". My fav. sushi is salmon fillet, with some authentic brewed soy sauce and a hint of wasabi. Uni Spider roll and spicy tuna roll Anything with the spicy mayo sauce on it. I am liking spicy mayo on sushi these days.
