/hello there Only if it was cooked well. no if your talking about raw chicken you pose a serious risk of catching salmonella however if it is properly cooked to 165 degrees Fahrenheit then it would be alright. What else would you put in the "sushi" besides rice chicken and seaweed? If the chicken is fully cooked, yes. If not, no thanks :) no way you could die from uncooked chicken it rots your intestines away then goodbye
