Yes, I am so embarrassed! Sashimi!!! (Blush!) No, Gene, they are little crackers! Didn't you know that? mini sashimi Yes. My sister when she was about 3 drank a glass of water that had a goldfish in it. My grandma was cleaning the fishtank and put the goldfish in a glass of water. Oops. i would say sashimi...they are much more practical than bigger fish, just the right size...bite-size... YES ! GOLDEN SUSHI !! Nope. Goldfish (if eaten) would be Sashimi. Sushi refers ti the rice. Although edible, goldfish are rarely eaten. A fad among North American college students for many years was swallowing goldfish as a stunt and as an initiation process for fraternities. The first recorded instance was in 1939 at Harvard University.[13] The practice gradually fell out of popularity over the course of several decades and is now rare[13]. Goldfish are in the Carp family. Carp is edible. goldfish... the fish that always smiles back until you bite their heads off!

Sashimi technically! Sushi refers to the rice. gefilte fish is prepared using 3 types of fish...1 of them being carp -- a large goldfish!!!!

if you put gefilte fish on rice is it kosher sushi????!!! Goldfish isn't eaten as food. If it were, it would be sashimi.

Sushi is a food made of vinegared rice, usually combined with other ingredients (uncooked and cooked).
