Answers: Mmmmm how lovely!

Boil the rice and potatoes until cooked.

Lightly fry the garlic, onions, rice and potatoes together.

Sear the tuna steak in a frying pan and serve over the rice mixture. Marinade your steaks in soy sauce, sliced garlic, grated ginger and a little honey if you've got it.

When ready, fry the steaks briefly over a very hot flame - or grill and serve with boiled rice, brocolli tossed with ginger, a little extra soy sauce, a wedge of lime and a scattering of fresh coriander.

Alternatively, grill steaks until still pink in middle. Make salad out of lettuce, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, sliced boiled egg, anchovies, french beans and some olives if you have them. Dress in oil, vinigar a little sugar, black pepper and salt. place cooked tuna on top - salad niscoise. Get some noodles and flavour with chlli add spring onion and soy sauce. Sit the cooked tuna on the noodles, its tasty and quick! There's a link to a recipe site ... you just enter the ingredients and you get recipes
