How do you core a zucchini for Lebanese Stuffed Zucchini?!

Question:

How do you core a zucchini for Lebanese Stuffed Zucchini?

I found a recipe online and it mentioned the use of either an apple corer or melon-ball cutter. For those who have made this dish, which one works better? I've never cored a zucchini before and want to use the easiest and best tool! Thank you in advance!

Answers: I just just use a plain kitchen table spoon and scoop out the middle, leaving a small amount of squash on the bottom for support, then mix what you scooped out with the other ingredients, restuff and bake. You really don't need to use a special tool. Really easy, just try to keep the "boat" in tact so it doesn't fall apart. There are some special tools to do this with. Just go to a Arabic shop and ask I USE A SMALL SPOON. WHEN IT NEEDS A LITTLE MORE CORING I REVERSE THE SPOON, AND SLOWLY POKE OUT THE REST,NAMASTE If you have a melon baller, than that works better than an apple corer. But if not, a spoon works just as well! It is soft and easy to scoop out the middle.
