I agree with Lily. It ain't marmalade unless it has shreds, and the chunkier the better. I think that if I had no teeth, I would stick to jam or honey
It's more like an oversweet jelly, as somebody already said, only good for glazing pork and duck too btw.
I don't understand how it can be called marmalade. However its the only one i can eat. I just hate the texture of the rind. I used to spend ages picking it out as a child.
