APPLE PIE FILLING CAKE

1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 can apple pie filling
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs and oil and add sugar and apple pie filling. Mix dry ingredients and add to mixture; mix well. Bake in bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
For a real easy dessert, buy a ready made gram cracker crust, 1 packet of instant chocolate pudding, half and half and heavy whipping cream. make the pudding with half and half instead of milk using 1/4th less of a cup than the directions to make the pudding thick. pour it into the crust. mix the heavy whipping cream with a tablespoon of sugar using an electric mixer until you make whipped topping. spoon it onto the pie. refrigerate for one hour before serving.
wash apples (as many as you like)
core same apples
put in baking dish (try to make it fit as closely as possible)
put brown sugar and cinnamon in cored centers
Bake at 350 until soft but not squishy
I like to put a crumble topping on the top -
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. dry bread, cookie or cake crumbs
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
this has to be the easiest one - no measuring
Flan
1 can evap milk
1 can condensed milk
5 egg yolks
vanilla and nutmeg to taste
whisk
melt sugar and put in a round dish (just enough to cover the bottom)
add mixture
bake for 25 mins at 350 deg- use a water bath so it cooks evenly
