A quick recipe is cut the roast in small strips then get a cast iron skillet and get it extremely hot , then take your meat and
throw the meat in, sizzling it till almost done maybe 2 minutes, then take a jar of your favorite salsa throw it on the meat and scrape up the little pieces that stick to the bottom of the skillet , then let it cook for a few minutes with the salsa, and then add a bag of the mexican blend Cheese or colby is good also cover the meat and take off the stove and leave covered for about 2 minutes so as the cheese can melt and serve over rice...
birra is what your want or bar-ba-coa. there are some decent recipes of that on the food network site that are real easy.
