Question: Experiment w/ different foods. If you love to cook, use it as barbecue sauce on chicken or fish.. or simply enjoy the mango chutney w/ the regular food you eat.

can it and freeze it
It's really good on grilled chicken.
i think it would put some on grilled pork chops or tenderloin.
my mum and sister like to mix a bit of it in with beef or lamb stew, i don't actually know myself if it's nice but they seem to like it, and they are pretty normal, i mean it's not like they eat wierd things so i would think it will be ok.
it goes great with hot curries.
Or you could eat it with grilled fish... or a chicken wrap!
put it on top of spicy meat, the combo of heat and sweet is great
Make a curry with hard boiled eggs, a Bechamel sauce flavored with curry spice, and serve over steamed rice. Dollop some chutney on the side, and add sliced bananas, chopped walnuts or peanuts, currants soaked in Port, mandarin orange slices in lime juice, and crumbled crispy bacon. Wonderful.
send it to me .. I can use it .. but seriously use it in place of salad dressing .. put it on the meat, cheese whatever
You can make it a nacho dip or have it as syrup or as a dressing on a fruit salad
u can also look up cookery books and check for things you can have it with
IT GOES WELL WITH RICE, ICE CREAM, FISH, ROAST BEEF, CHICKEN. HOT CEREAL.
This is perfect:

2-3 tbsp of sweet mango chutney
chopped cilantro leaves
juice of 1/2 lime
1 cup mayonnaise, or to moisten to your taste

PREPARATION:

Combine the diced chicken with remaining ingredients in a large bowl, adding more or less mayonnaise, to moisten according to your taste. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

Serves 7 to 8.

My kids love it in tandoori chicken wraps or even use it with grilled shrimp.
