Ingredients:

3 Aloo (potatoes), peeled
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
Tamarind Chutney
Mint Chutney
Chopped Coriander Leaves
optional garnish - chopped onion, tomato julienne, fresh pomegranate seeds
oil for frying

Preparation:

Dice aloo (potatoes) into a fairly large dice - 3/4 to 1 inch cubes.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry potatoes, till golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper.

In a bowl, place the fried potatoes and toss with red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala.

Add mint chutney, tamarind chutney according to taste and toss to coat evenly.

Serve in individual bowls, garnished with coriander leaves.
You can also additionally garnish the special indian aloo chaat with chopped onion, tomato julienne or pomegranate.

Moong Peas and Alu Chat

Ingredients:
? Cup grated fresh Coconut
1 Cup Sev
1 Cup Moong(Green Gram whole), Steamed
1 Cup Peas, Steamed
1 Cup Coriander Leaves
1 Cup Potatoes, boiled and cubed
2 Cups Beaten Curds
2 tsp Jeera(Cumin Seeds)
? tsp Hing(Asafoetida)
2 Green Chilly
2 Onions, Chopped
2 Tomatoes, Chopped
Tamarind Sauce
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat Oil in a pan, add Jeera and Hing. Add Onions and Tomatoes and sauté for a minute.

Add Moong, Peas, Coriander leaves and Potatoes.

Add the chilies and mix well.

Remove it to a serving bowl.

Pour beaten Curds over it, sprinkle nylon Sev and garnish with Tamarind sauce.
Serving for 4:

1.Take 5-6 patato.
2. boil them in cooker for 10 min.
3.peel the uper layer n cut it into cubes.
4.Make a tarmind puree by boiling Dry tarmind into water.
you can use1 lemon instead of tarmind.
5.now put the puree or lemon juice into patato cubes.
6.add green chilly,chopped tomato and onion,corriender,mango powder a little salte according to taste.
mix all together
Sprinkle a little sev on it n keep it in fridge for half an hour.
An now taste it n tell me how it was:)
Ya i think i can help ye here.U gotta chop the potatoes in small box shapes first n then boil them.Now pour them into a dish ,cut fresh onions n spread on da potatoes,and add peppers and salt likewise.Now add papris,fresh tomatoes,coriander leaves,chanachurs and sprouted cholas on da potatoes.And finally and mainly dont forget to add tamarind juice on it.Alternatively you can add lime juice but not gonna taste as good as tamarind anyhow.Now take a spoon n mingle them all very softly to get the juice reach da bottom of da dish.AND now take da divine binge.
