For those of you who know Hawaiian foods: how do I use lilikoi butter?!

Question: A friend brought me back a jar of it from her trip. I've already searched "lilikoi butter" and I think I have a pretty good idea what kind of a product it is now, but not how to use it. Can I substitute it in recipes that call for lemon curd? Can you describe the flavor? Got a recipe to share that uses it? I'm very grateful for this nice gift, but I'm at a loss for how to use it. Many thanks in advance for your suggestions.

How lucky you are! I LOVE Lilikoi (it's passionfruit). It's a sweet slightly tart flavor. It really is hard to compare it to anything. Maybe a little citrusy (like a lime tart but sweet also).

Use it like regular butter (gourmet style), a little dab on grilled fish or a glaze for grilled shrimp or chicken.
