Any body like the roti carts in rayong?!

Question: Who here likes the roti they sell in rayong, Thailand? SO TASTY! They are usualy sold by indian-burmese people who push the cart usualy and horn thier bell. You can watch them cook to, they flip the yellow dough and then fry it. So anyway, who here likes it? and who at least knows about it (alot of people don't)? And if you can, can you also tell me about it's history?

I've had those a million times. They offer to put an egg in it if you like too. Don't know much more about it than you. I'd guess it has a connection west or to southern Thailand then off to India. I've heard of roti or something like that bread being filled with a curry in the south. I guess that curry would be something like the filling in the bread pastries you find in shops (including 7Eleven) which have a chicken curry in them.
Well I can't tell you about the roti carts in rayong but i can tell you about Guyanese roti. There is a restaurant in Cobb County, Georgia that has some of the best and most authentic roti and just Guyanese food. If you do end up going there then you should try the Bone-Out Curry Chicken Roti. It is weird-looking but very tasty.
