New Orleans, Louisiana gumbo is the best! It has steamed vegetables, shrimp, crawfish, crab meat and any other sea creature you can think of! When I went to New Orleans 5 years ago I vowed to never eat gumbo unless it was going to be New Orleans gumbo. So far I've held true to my word!

I Love gumbo and i make it myself. I am waiting for the first cold front to come to Louisiana to make me one. Chicken and sausage gumbo with seafood (shrimp, crab meat and oysters) and long list of other items i put in my gumbo..... I love going to my mom's house and eating a big bowl of gumbo......I don't think that i will have to wait long before i can make a big pot of gumbo....Yummy !
