What is the healthiest thing to order at a Chinese and Thai restaurant?!

Question: Chinese restaurants:
-steamed fish with light soy sauce and ginger and garlic (really healthy, really yummy!)
-steamed vegetables with chicken or tofu with garlic sauce on the side
-Some chinese restaurants serve brown rice instead of white rice

Thai cuisine has a lot of salads and they're really good! Some suggestions are papaya salad, mango salad, grilled beef salad, grilled prawn salad.

Just avoid the fried noodles/rice and deep fried items. Enjoy!

Watch out for the sauces that are used, those are usualy where all those unhealthy calories, sugars, and sodium creep up on you.
For Chinese??? The check. Too much sodium and oil
For Thai??? Use your common sense.
You could ask for steamed chicken and vegetables and then get your favorite sauce on the side. Thats what I do.
