so what is the point... eat healthy in moderation and slow....

Grilled foods
Basic stir frys (minus the heavy sauces)

Any fresh fruit or vegetable, anything grilled will be low in calories/fat.

Really, any ethnic food worth its salt, WILL contain calories in the form of fat, protein or carbohydrate, or all three
