Answers: i cant decide what i want for my tea tonight ........
i've only had indian food once....so I vote for chinese!
Indian meal, not so much on meat. Less cholesterol and triglyceride - a more healthy food.
Indian: samosas & pakoras go well with tea.

If you have black tea, go with Indian.

Green tea: chinese food
Go Indian. Try Balti Butter Chicken with a cucumber curry or Tandoori Chicken with raita.
Indian"" tasty and full of Madras Curry to hot and healthy
I find Indian food to taste MUCH better, and it tends to be healthier as well!

Indian food tends to stay more true to it's cultural roots when in other cultures whereas Chinese food tends to turn into a "fried fiesta". If you're hungry for an East Asian dish, I would try and find authentic Japanese or Korean food. (I'm not dissing on Chinese, but again it tends to be altered more towards unhealthy tastes anymore.)

Indian has a wide array of vegetarian and meat dishes, not to mention the delicious Naan bread, and there are so many different flavors and options to choose from!

SO, the short version of my long-winded answer is Indian!
if you want light food go for chinese, else go for indian for a heavier meal
Indian, if your feeling like you want some spice in your life;)
Depends on if you're making it yourself or ordering, and if you're ordering take-out, where you live. If you're making it yourself, either option will be healthy but Chinese is probably faster to whip up.

If ordering take-out, go with Indian as the Chinese food may not be as authentic or be overly greasy.
if you can't decide, you might want fusion .....
