I can but it here (FL) from an Indian store 5 minutes away from my house, Diwali sale is $7.99/Golden Temple 20 lb atta.
I think that Indian store has no competition and can therefore sell it at that price. It's all about supply/demand.
i think it's just about the same...but its kind of a really big bag.....depends on the size/weight of the atta.......wht size is urz tht cost $15?

i live in canada and here 20lbs bag is for $8.99
i buy the golden temple atta or sometimes noname whole eheat flour ,they both cost same.
7.99/20 lb bag -- Pooja/Laxmi brand -- Bay Area, California. Starting this month or after Diwali, my guess -- is almost all the food products will increase in prices. reason -- dollar value depreciation.
