Where can I buy chipotle and ancho chilies in Metro Manila?!
Answers: I'm interested in cooking Mexican dishes but I can't seem to find dried chipotle and ancho chilies anywhere. I've been to nearly every deli and supermarket in the metro and I haven't found any. Does anyone know where I can get them? Canned chipotle chilies are fine with me as well. Thanks!
