Spiny lobster in Greece was good. Pick out the one you want and they cook right there on open fire. Feta cheese baked with honey on top- that was pretty damn good as well.

Chicken makhani is pretty good for indian, also the pork vindaloo. So spicy it makes you sweat, but tastes too good to stop eating.

I've had channa before and it's good. I also like "green jack fruit" made into a curry. My friend's mom used to make that.

But the weirdest thing I've had is coconut chips. Thinly shaved coconut flavored with spices and dried red peppers. They're like crisp chewy potato chips.

Many persian dishes because they add dried or fresh fruits into their rice dishes and it taste so good.

Fish tikka. I'm originally from the Northwest US, so seafood is something I grew up on and love. After moving to the Middle East, I tried this Asian take on fish at a local restaurant, and it was incredibly good. Tasty, but not too spicy. Add custard with fruit for dessert, and I'm one happy diner!
