Is there a website that has easy Persian recipes?!
Answers: My husband is Persian. I am not, but I love the food my mother-in-law makes. I'm a good cook but the recipes look so difficult. Is there a website that is easy to get recipes off of? My favorite is the eggplant stew. Actually, I pretty much love everything.

How advanced of a cook are you? The recipes on this site seemed easy enough for me to follow, but the conversion from metric might be a bit tricky

Good luck! I know how it goes, my husband is Puerto Rican and when I go visit my mother-in-law over Thanksgiving, I'm getting cooking lessons.
Hi,
you wln't find any difficulty cooking Persian foo, especially as you love cooking. Also, you have an idea what it should taste like, as you are used to eating this kind of food at your mother in law.
I found this website and I liked it, but I am sure that there are many more.
allrecipes.com and epicurious.com as well as foodnetwork.com are the best recipe sites on the web, they do feature plenty of delicous ethnic cuisines.
Persian food is incredibly easy to make, but some dishes take the better part of a day to complete, as there is a bit of prep work involved. So far the one that took me the longest was loobia polo.
I love it all, too.
