Answers: I know they are american but can you get them in any shops in the Uk?

According to Wikipedia, "The true graham cracker is made with graham flour, which is unsifted and coarsely ground wheat flour."

What are called graham crackers in the states now are a quite sweet rather than salty cracker (biscuit in the UK I think) made with SOME but not usually ONLY graham flour. They are flat and crisp rather than hard like most tea biscuits. I don't know if you can find them there or not but in the US they are sold next to the saltine crackers in grocery stores.

Bert

You should be able to get them a grocery store, but if not, you can order some in bulk from Sam's (walmart's website). They can ship them to you.

you can get them at like any grocery store! they are really good.

I'm sure you Can find Graham crackers in most supermarkets. They are made from Graham flour which is a combination of whole wheat flour and corn meal.
I prefer the chocolate covered ones. mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Great stuff for dunking in milk.

you should be able to get them anywhere. i didn't realize they were an american thing. if you find some make sure you pick up a chocolate bar and some marshmallows to make smores. yummy :0)

I think they are like our digestives.

world wanderer is correct...they are very similar to your digestive biscuits. Ive never looked for graham crackers while in the UL so I don't know if you can get them there. Are you wanting to use them in a recipe?? Maybe there is an alternative?

My name is Graham and you can have some of my crackers if you wish, tell me where to send them and I'll pop them in the post for you.
