you can cook anything in a wok...provided your comfortable using that tool. One can bake..fry...poach..boil..and sear.
Its the prefect cooking pan..and thats why nomads took it everywhere.

A wok is a Chinese cooking instrument.
I cook just about everything in mine except for items that require deep frying
you can even deep fry with wok...probably use less oil than the flat bottom pans.
stir-fry, stir-fry, stir-fry. just thinking about it makes me hungry. some beef strips some olive oil some veggies with some soy sauce, gotta go.
Anything you can make in a saucepan or frying pan can just as easily be made in a wok, such as eggs, omelets, stir fries, chicken, sauted vegetables, etc,
Popcorn...you can also use the wok as a bowl after you're done popping the corn....no extra clean up! Just make sure to put something underneath it so you don't get burned.
