I used this recipe twice..it turned out great!

Korean BBQ Beef or Bulgogi is a traditional meat dish that is usually grilled, but broiling or cooking it in a pan is common also. The beef is marinated for a couple of hours - the longer the better the flavor - and then served with rice, side dishes and lettuce. The best way to eat Bulgogi is to eat it wrapped in lettuce and rice with some Korean hot pepper paste for added spiciness. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:

* 2 pounds sirloin, thinly sliced
* 2 onions, thinly sliced
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1 tablespoon sesame oil
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
* 1 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
* Freshly ground pepper
* 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

PREPARATION:

1. In a large bowl, add onions to beef.
2. Combine sugar, sesame oil and soy sauce to form a sauce. Add in garlic and ginger. Mix well.
3. Marinate the beef in the sauce for about three hours (the longer the better).
4. Season with pepper.
5. Grill on a grill, pan-fry or broil for about 15 minutes, or until meat is done.
6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over dish, serve with rice and side dishes.
7. Makes 4 servings.

Kimchee - spicy cabbage.
I also love Korean style barbecues; meat and vegetables cooked on a hot plate then dipped in tangy sauce.
And those thin squares of spicy "pizza".
Sorry, I eat Korean food in Japan and we call it by Japanese names, such as Kimuchee Nabe, Yaki Nikku etc.
So I don't know how best to describe it in English! Nor in Korean!
It is so delicious though! I prefer it to Japanese food in winter, because it is more spicy. I use Korean Chili Pepper in almost everything.

Kalbi -- grilled ribs eaten with a lettuce wrap.

Dog - particularly alsation. There is a great Korean cookbook called "100 ways to Wok your Dog"
Get a life and ask an intelligent question.

Kimchi. There are many good Korean dishes but kimchi is my favorite. Almost all kinds of kimchi, especially turnip greens with baby turnip.

Kimchi = hot, salted Chinese leaves
Korean instant noodles.
