Answers: mines beef curry and fried rice

Funny story about that...We went there with a couple of friends and wanted the couples meal but hadnt ordered yet and they brought out our meal...???We were like well mabe they(other friedns at other table) ordered for us.So we start eating and start to relize it isnt our meal.Im like ok everyone stop eating and my friend had just tooken a big bite and spat it back out onto the plate. All this time the waiter had seen us eating but anyways we called her and told her that we got the wrong order. So she takes the plate away intoo the back but its only a half wall so we can still see her and the plate and she talks to the other server and they both look around and relized they had gotten number 7 and 17 mixed up sooo...and heres the crazy part...they just take they same plate we ate and regurgitated off of to table 7!We couldnt stop laffing as they ate it but were disgusted at the same time...eww

About 12 years ago. A friend at that time, who is married to a Chinese girl, advised me never to eat a Chinese takeaway or in a Chinese restaurant because they are so unhygienic. I don't know is this is true or not, but I took his advise.

My favorite is Mongolian Beef...

I don't get takeout Chinese food anymore. Its just not as good (in my opinion) as the stuff I make myself.

My personal favorite Chinese dish is beef with black bean sauce (it originates in Hunan province - lots of earthy flavors come from that region)

Flank steak, sliced thin against the grain, marinated in rice wine, black pepper and a little soy sauce.

Stir fry dried chiles (to flavor the oil and heat the dish)

Stir fry onion and green peppers

Stir fry the beef

Throw in the sauce (black bean paste, fermented black beans, a little sugar, garlic, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil and more black pepper)

That stuff kicks @$$... or a cold if you are sick. No lie. :)

My favourite is Chow Kuay Teow (spelling is different from place to place) - fried flat noodles dish.

I had some in August. My favorite is Chicken and Broccoli, Egg Roll, and White Rice.

had a chinese takeaway last night...i love sweet and sour chicken balls, egg fried rice and garlic beef and shitaki mushrooms xx

I love Prawn Paste Chicken 虾酱鸡!
