No in PR a po box will usually look like:

HC 02 Box (then # of Box here usually 4 digits)
San Juan, PR
(5 digit zip)
-------------------
My guess is that P-6 might mean 6th floor. In spanish its 'Piso 6'. But you would need a street after it which is usually Calle(street) or it can also be Avenida(Avenue) or Blvd, etc.

It should look like:

502 Calle Roosevelt, P-6
San Juan, PR
(zip code)
----------------------

Not necessarily San Juan I was just using as a guide

Anyway you should try to email or call this person somehow & doublecheck everything.

If you're sending the package, you must have the payers info. Get in contact with them and ask

In Puerto Rico, we have many different methods to address a package. This does not appear to have the specific information needed for it to be delivered.

Get the person to provide you with the following:
Name, house or apartment number, street, neighborhood and zip code.

Hope this helps.
