Never had squirrel, but I have tried alligator. It was marinated in lemon to tenderize the meat. My teeth almost fell out. Damn. I'll never try that again.
sounds like a new diet plan for me, neither one! although as a child I ate a lot of wild game, but not anymore.
I PREFER THE FRIED ALLIGATOR. GATOR PROBABLY TASTES BETTER THAN SQUIRREL ANY WAY YOU COOK IT.
I have never had alligator, but I was tricked into eating squirrel. I didn't like it, although many people here in the south do.
