happy cookin!!!

...i love aloo gobi.yes a healthy food ,add more ginger than usual while cooking because gobi can cause gas in our tummy.

yes it is good --- can be healthy if you make it your self------ not restaurant or take away bought [ although good if you want to try it - along with my fav- prawn puri--------------------king prawn madras / pilao rice / keema nan

Very tasty, one of my favorites. The restaurant version, which is usually cooked in ghee (clarified butter), is delicious to the point of being decadent (if made right), but it can be a little high in fat and cholesterol. At home, you can use a cooking oil which is lower in fat and cholesterol to make a healthier version.

Oh Yeah it's very very good

Yes, it's delicious.
Just be careful about the amount of oil you use to cook it.

It's delicious!

ALOO GOBI (also spelled alu gobi, or aloo gobhi) is usually a "dry" Indian curry, i.e. it often does not have a liquid sauce.

It is a popular combination of aloo (potato) and gobi (cauliflower) with spices. It is yellowish in color, because of the use of turmeric, and occasionally contains onion seeds and curry leaves. Other ingredients that are also used in variations include garlic, ginger, onion, coriander stalks, tomato, and cumin. A number of variations and similar dishes exist, but the name remains the same.
